Kanaka Durga Temple : This temple is dedicated to goddess Durga is on the Indrakila Hill. Goddess Durga is considered to be the protector of the city & legend add it that she eradicated the region of powerful demons

Cave Temples : The 7th century cave temples of Undavalli host a huge statue of the reclining Vishnu. The cave is 8 km from Vijayawada. There are some other shrines worth visiting.
