Comments: This came about after reading some fics that just irked
me. I HATE it when they mess with Scott and just make him out to be
a complete jackass. Now, as you know, I like a little jest now and
then, but I do it all in good fun.

Addressed To All the Anti-Scotts Out There,

I am writing this in regards to address the issue of my reputation.
Since a movie was adapted of my life, infamously known as "X-Men 1"
and the latter, "X-Men 2: X-Men United". I have found myself faced
with a lot of backlash from what you call fan fiction writers.

I was just surfing the net one day when I came across some fan
fiction. I was curious so I read some and I was shocked to no end by
what I found. All I have to say is…WHAT THE HELL PEOPLE?

I enjoy a little fun now and then, but what I read was just
downright ridiculous. They always portray me as being the fucking
wuss and Logan being the one with all the strength and brawn. I'm
not downing the guy, but what makes him any better than I am? I
mean, if I'm such a wimp then why am I the leader of the X-Men, hmm?

One fic that sticks out in my mind is where they portrayed me as
having the sex drive of a grapefruit. I find that to be such
bullshit. I mean, my girl Kitty seems to be satisfied in that
department. I know how to make that kitty purr. I think this is
where you fic writers would put the letter…*g*.

That also is another problem of mine. Please, DO NOT pair with me
Jean anymore. If you're going to bash me, do not put me with that
self-centered bitch. Even in a fic, I shudder to read myself paired
with her. Some people need to face the fact that Jean is not perfect
nor will she ever be. She's not the center of the universe and is
not the greatest thing put upon this earth. Live with her for almost
two years and you'll see what I mean.

Also, do not get me wrong. Logan is a really good guy, but so am I
ya know? I mean, I am out there every night fighting for you and
your safety. Even the people that hate me for what I am, I fight for
you and why do you ask? It is because I do what is right and have
faith and loyalty in the cause that I believe in and some of you
relentlessly continue to bash and dehumanize me.

I know that I may come off as a tight ass and am exemplifying all
that you hate me for, but I have let it go for too long…four years
almost.

Now I have read some author's fics that I really like. Some that
shout out to me are some people like Karen, Nadja Lee, and Ashton.
Karen, all I have to say to you is your fics have made some
interesting nights in the bedroom for Kitty and I. I wish that I
could thank you personally myself, but Kitty would not like that.

In conclusion, I ask of you to just cut some slack and give me some
respect. I did not mention names for I am not the person to
castigate, but you all know who you are. I thank you for your time
