Is most like: Han and Leia. Akima and Leia share their belief in the cause while Han and Kyle are cynical, tried people with only money as their goal. ( well, not really. But at first it is.) ( The whole movie is in fact like a animated "Star Wars". A very good movie indeed)

. Status: Valentin was hired as a stable boy for Miamaia´s father, the king. It was in revealed in the series final episode that Valentin was a prince from another kingdom. Miamaia is a princess.
Past: Both grew up in different palaces and both their mothers are dead. Valentin and Miamaia`s kingdoms were at war. Miamaia´s kingdom lost but a truce was reached. All the kingdom had to do was allow the princess Miamaia to wed the Prince of their neighbouring kingdom and all hostilities were forgotten. The new stable boy, Valentin, was always very polite but also a fierce fighter and only put up with the others insult when he had no other choice. At the beginning Miamaia was very cruel to Valentin and insulted him and taunted him, like taking his bag and emptying it on the floor so he had fall to his knees and pick up all his stuff. Later they fell in love but it was discovered that Valentin was from their neighbouring kingdom and he was thrown in jail. When they discovered he was in fact Prince Valentin, he was of cause released.
Powers: Valentin is a good hunter and Miamaia isn't afraid of anything but being a princess only talks her way out. She has people to fight for her, you know.
Is most like: Rogue and Gambit, I think. Both girls were hard to get and both Gambit and Valentin kept their pasts hidden for a long time.
Love status: After all the confusing of identities they are now a stable couple.

Angel and Cordelia

Alias: Angelus (the one with the angelic face)/Champion and Cordy/Vision Girl

Relationship status: At the end of season 3 they both admit to themselves to loving each other but they’re separated before they can tell each other of their feelings.
Where are they now: Angel is in L.A., at the moment at the button at the sea; courtesy of an ungrateful son and Cordy is…….an angel I guess.
Status: He is a centuries old vampire with all the experiences that brings. She's Angel’s co-worker at Angel’s Investigations.
Past: Liam grew up in Ireland over 250 years ago. He was made a vampire and named Angelus. He killed a lot before some gypsies gave him a soul. He fell in love with Buffy, the girl chosen to kill vampires, and eventually they slept together. However if Angel experiences just a moment of happiness he'll lose his human soul and become evil again. He got his soul back but Buffy still sent him to Hell. A few months later he came back but left for L.A. so he wasn't to be tempted by her again. In L.A. he started a Detective Agency with Cordy, Doyle (deceased), Wesley, Gunn and Fred. Darla, Angel’s Sire was brought back from the dead and somehow after having slept with her she got pregnant. She killed herself so the human child could live. Angel named the child Connor but the child was stolen from him by his worst enemy Holtz and raised by him in a demon dimension. When his son returned he was 16 years old and very angry with Angel as Holtz had told him how Angelus had killed his family. When Holtz staged his own death to look like Angel had murdered him Connor (insisting to go by the name Holtz have him; Steven) put Angel in a coffin and sent him to the button of the sea. Also in L.A. he met up with Cordy again who had been a rich snobby girl in High School. Her family had lost all their money and she tried to work as an actress. That didn’t work and she worked for Angel instead. Doyle who was half demon had painful visions that he gave to Cordy because he loved her when he sacrificed his life to save the world. However as no human was ever meant to have the visions Cordy was pained by them and in the end dying from them. She never let anyone know of her pain until she passed out from a vision; dying. She was given a second chance at life and she saw that had she never met Angel he’ll have gotten they visions and they’d have driven him insane. Even in that AU[alternative universe] his pain breaks her heart and she gets the visions back from him. As another way to save her life she is offered to be made a demon, which she agrees to without question. She gets great powers and uses them wisely. As a result she is given the place as an Higher Being and a light takes her upwards……..in short she becomes an Angel.
Powers: Angel has the power of 12 men and is a good fighter. Cordy gets the visions, becomes a demon with great power and lastly an Angel.
Is most like: I can’t really think of anyone who has a love like theirs.
Love status: They’re first co-workers, then friends, then grow closer and finally they admit to truly love each other. As Cordy grows with her role in life so does her love for Angel grow. She shows everything and is everything he needs; she is always there, she doesn’t push or demand, she understands, doesn’t fear him, comforts him and takes care of him. On the other hand Angel would kill or do anything for Cordy and he is fanatically fearful of losing her. This is one of my favourite couples ever since their love seems so much stronger and real since they go from friends to lovers. And then I was never into Buffy/Angel……..I don’t like Buffy; sorry.

Past: Gunn grew up on the streets and to protect himself and others from vampires and demons he created and started leading a band of homeless young men and women who fought vampires. He is forced to stake his sister when she turns into a vampire and begins to work for Angel. He has some trouble with conflicting loyalties between Angel’s Investigations and his old gang but finally decides to stay with Angel. He falls in love with Fred who is his first love. He fights Wesley for her affections and wins her. He’s very sweet and romantic with Fred and would do anything to protect her. Fred is from Texas and a very clever librarian. She was stuck in a demon dimension for 5 years where humans were thought of as slaves. Angel rescued her and brought her back. She acts with a childish charm and innocence to her.
Powers: Gunn is a great fighter. Fred’s asset is her mind and she’s very clever.
Is most like: Any sweet Disney couple with a strong man protecting his woman.
Love status: True love. Gunn would do anything for Fred and proves it. This couple is one of my all time favourite couples. They prove that love can conquer any fear and any difference and obstacle.

Powers: Doyle got visions and has very strong in his demon form. Cordy was a normal girl until Doyle died and gave his power of visions to her.
Is most like: Pocahontas and John Smith. They both stand with a leg in two different worlds and both ends up parted.
Love status: They never really moved past the insults to see the love inside.
Love Factor: It could have been so great. Now, it will never be.

A few months later he came back but left for L.A. so he wasn't to be tempted by her again. Buffy was a normal girl before she became a Slayer.
Powers: Angel has the power of 12 men and is a good fighter. Buffy has super strength as she is the Slayer.
Is most like: Gambit and Rogue. Gambit and Angel both have something to atone for and both regret their actions. Rogue and Buffy both killed or tried to kill their lovers after they learned the truth.
Love status: Angel seemed to love Buffy from the start. Buffy was interested but things cooled down when she found out he was a vampire. She never accepted that he was a vampire and that was a part of why their relationship feel apart.
Love Factor: Love, how deep is to debate. Angel still loves Buffy and thinks of her while Buffy slept with a new guy some three months after Angel left and got a new boyfriend some six months after he left. So for Buffy, Angel was just a first love and not a true love. With Angel however, I think it was true love. She was still very much a child when they fell in love and didn't love as deeply as he did.

Where are they now: MacLeod stills fights evil and Heather sleeps forever in Scotland.
Status: He is a centuries old immortal with all the experiences that brings. She was a normal girl.
Past: Connor grew up in Scotland in the 16th century. He was killed in battle but did not die. He was driven from his village. He met Heater and his mentor; Ramirez, who thought him to fight and accept his immortality. Ramirez warned Connor against marring his love; Heather, as she would die and they couldn't have children. He was killed soon after. Connor married Heather and lived with her to the end. He then moved away from Scotland. In the Second World War he saved a small girl and raised her as him own. In the late 1980s he met a new love and also won the Prize, gaining all knowledge in the world and is the last Immortal. ( The Highlander: Series is set in a alternative universe where Connor never got the prize and the films which follows Highlander can also be seen as set in alternative universes where Connor didn't get the prize)
Powers: Connor is an Immortal and can only die if his head comes away from his body. Heather was a normal woman.
Is most like: Aida and Radames. True love to the end.
Love status: True love from the start. Connor had to watch Heather grow older and she had to accept that he would always stay young and never die. Yep, true love.

Status: He is a centuries old immortal with all the experiences that brings. She was a normal girl.
Past: Duncan grew up in Scotland in the 16th century. He was killed in battle but did not die. His father disowned him after he became an immortal. Connor found Duncan on the battlefield where he “died”. Connor took his younger clansman under his wing and taught him how to fight and survive. When Duncan and Connor parted Duncan went out into the world and looked around. Duncan and Connor met several times, among these times was in America were Duncan buried his lover, a Native American woman who was killed by the US army in the late 1880`s.

Duncan had many lovers and fought many battles. Unlike Connor who married Heather and stayed with her till she died from old age, Duncan never married nor stayed with his women that long. In 1981 Duncan met Tessa in Paris. They became lovers and Duncan tried to stay out of the fighting but Connor visited him and Duncan realised that though he wanted to he couldn’t stay out. Tessa was killed 12 years later by a mugger. A young man, around 17 or 18 years old, called Richie lived with Duncan and Tessa as their son of sorts. He was killed by the mugger as well but did not die. He was an immortal, a fact that Connor probably knew as he asked Duncan to look after him. Duncan and Richie travelled together and among other things found that some mortal men and women called Watchers recorded all actions immortals did. Duncan became friends with his Watcher, Joe. On their travels Duncan also met Amanda again, an immortal who had lived since around the 800th century. Amanda is a thief but has a good heart. When her mentor, Rebecca, was killed before her mortal husband’s eyes she swore revenge. Duncan killed Rebecca’s killer for Amanda. Duncan and Amanda have had an on- off relationship through the years. Later Amanda fell in love with a mortal man who was a cop. Duncan and Richie also met Methos, the oldest immortal of 5000 years. Connor probably knows Methos, Amanda and Rebecca as well. Some years after Richie became an immortal Duncan got a Dark Quickening ( an immortal gains the knowledge and power of the immortal if he/she cuts off the another immortal’s head). By Dark Quickening means that Duncan went evil because the immortal he killed was very evil ( Connor never received a Dark Quickening despite the fact that he has lived longer than Duncan). Anyway, Duncan wanted to kill all he once loved and that meant Richie. With some help Duncan became good again but when Duncan became evil for a second time Richie wasn’t so lucky. Duncan killed his own protege/foster son/ friend as he killed Richie. Duncan later became good again. Duncan still lives and fights.
Powers: Duncan is an Immortal and can only die if his head comes away from his body. Tessa was a normal woman.
Is most like: Connor and Heather. True love to the end.
Love status: True love from the start. Maybe Tessa and Duncan were lucky in the sense that he was never forced to watch Tessa grow old and weak as Connor did with Heather.
Love Factor: True love. Totally!

Where are they now: Amanda and Nick is still together, fighting the good fight Nick talked her into.
Status: She is a centuries old immortal with all the experiences that brings. He was a normal man, a cop with a very strong code of honour. Then he was killed and found he was an Immortal.
Past: Amanda grew up in Europe in the 900th century. She was killed stealing bread from a plague house but did not die. Her parents and family was dead. The Immortal Rebecca took her in. They stayed together for a long time and as they parted Rebecca have a piece of the Methuselah Stone. Amanda stayed a thief, stealing to survive, never thinking of the consequences, which often meant Duncan had to save her.

Amanda is a thief but has a good heart. When her mentor, Rebecca, was killed before her mortal husband’s eyes she swore revenge. Duncan killed Rebecca’s killer for Amanda. Duncan and Amanda have had an on- off relationship through the years. Later Amanda fell in love with a mortal man, Nick Wolf, who was a cop. Nick quickly developed a protective instinct for Amanda and quit his job as his partner died to save Amanda’s life, not knowing she was Immortal. Nick protects Amanda and if Amanda is in a fight with an Immortal and seem to be loosing…. Nick shots the Immortal for her. He has no respect for the strange laws of the Immortals (YEAH! Show them mortals can do something too!). He lives by a great code of honour, he loves Amanda a lot and when he thinks Amanda killed he goes after the Immortal who he believed to have killed her to kill him which earned him 2 gun wounds. He has a great chemistry with Amanda and loves her a lot. When Nick's ex-wife was killed by an Immortal Nick went after him. Amanda tried to help but died by a fall down a staircase and Nick saved her by showing up. Nick picked Amanda's sword up and cut the Immortal's head off. Nick was killed by Amanda herself to ensure he became an Immortal, as that demands a quick violent death and not the slow painful one he was facing.
Powers: Amanda is an Immortal and can only die if her head comes away from her body. Methos and Duncan are known to be able to defeat her and all in all she isn’t that great a fighter. Even as a mortal Nick was a very good fighter and gunner. He was once able to kill an Immortal using Amanda's sword and almost killed an Immortal using a long knife.

From: The TV series “ Highlander:TS”
Relationship status: Together to the end- literally.
Where are they now:Methos is still alive, avoiding fights whenever he can and Alexa died.
Status: He is the oldest living Immortal with all the experiences that brings. She was a normal girl, waitering at Joe’s place.
Past: Alexa’s past is unknown but I guess it was pretty normal. She meets Methos when she has been told she has only 6 to 12 months left to live.

Methos is over 5000 years old. He doesn’t even remember his real name anymore. He has had 68 wives and been the fourth horseman; Death, killing 10 thousand of people. Methos tries to avoid fights; he’s sarcastic and looks out for number one. For 10 years he has been a Watcher, trying to find himself, which is a perfect cover for him besides everyone thinking he’s a myth. When he falls in love he puts Alexa before anything. He tries to steal the Methuselah Stone in hope the legend is true; it can turn a moral into an immortal. Though Amanda helps him he looses the stone. He goes to stay with Alexa as she dies in the hospital and then buries her. Methos also cares for Duncan and Joe and tries to save them the way he sees things should be solved.

Navarre and Isabelle

Alias: The Captain and Ladyhawke
From: The movie " Ladyhawke" with Rutger Hauer and Michelle Pfeiffer. The movie was based on a European Legend.
Relationship status: Living happily ever after.
Where are they now: In 13th century Europe.
Status: Navarre was the Captain of the Guard and Isabelle was a noblewoman.
Past: Most of Navarre´s past is unknown. He worked as a guard for the bishop after his father died. He met the young and beautiful Lady Isabelle and fell in love with her. However the evil bishop also had a sick fascination for her and as he found out that she loved Navarre he used Dark Powers to curse them. Navarre was turned in a wolf by night and she a hawk by day, forbidding them to ever touch. Finally there came one day where they could both stand before the bishop as there was no day but neither a night and the curse was broken. The bishop tried to kill Isabelle as if he couldn't have her he wanted no man to but Navarre saved his love and killed the bishop.
Powers: Navarre would do anything for Isabelle and was a extremely brave and good warrior. Isabelle would do anything for Navarre and even killed a man to keep him safe.
Is most like: Hum, Aida and Radames I guess. Both couples were truly star-crossed. Unfortunately only one couple succeeded in gaining a happy ending. Also Rogue and Gambit because of the no touching curse both couples share.
Love status: Both fell in love at fight sight and even when they were unable to touch them were inseparable.
Love Factor: True love totally!

" Navarre, I love you," - Isabelle as she goes to him after the curse is broken.
" Isabelle! Isabelle. I love you," - Navarre as he takes her in his arms, picks her up and spin her around the room in happiness.

Michael and Nikita

Alias: Joseph ? and Josephine
From: The series " La Femme Nikita"
Relationship status: "Off" at the moment
Where are they now: Nikita is in Center and Michael is finally free
Status: He worked as a terrorist when he was caught. He have been in Section for 9 years now. Nikita lived on the streets and was in Section for about 5 years.
Past: Michael was sent to prison for a student bombing. He become a part of the very secret anti- terrorist group, Section 1. He very quickly raised in power. He was married once to Simone. She died and he married again and had a son. He was forced to leave them and only the thought of Nikita made him pull through. Nikita never knew her father and lived on the street as a youth. She was convicted for a murder she didn't commit and sentenced to death. For a long while she seemed the soul and conscience of Section 1 until she in the final episode reviled that she had worked for Oversight all along, monitoring the others. In this group failure means death and among others Michael was sentenced to die because of his countless breaking of rules to aid Nikita. He asked to die by a suicide mission but Nikita let him live in the final moment, only to set him free and tell him she had never loved him. He cut a trial of blood from his eye to his cheek as it was the only way he could cry. He left and she stayed in Oversight.
Powers: Michael was a level 5 operative and a extremely good fighter and shot. Nikita was a level 2 operative and also quite good at fighting.
Is most like: None really but maybe Rogue/Gambit or Angel/Buffy. I tend to think that the men gives the most in these relationships.
Love status: Michael felt something from the start. They seemed to truly be in love until Nikita betrayed Michael and he cried his bloody tear. *sniff, so sad*
Love Factor: True love but from Michael only!

It wasn't all a lie. Michael's love turned out to be the only true thing in all of Section.
